GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
I. Contractual Terms And Conditions

The terms outlined below are contractual conditions that exist between Tchibo and the Customer. For more detailed Terms and Conditions, please refer to your contract.
 
II. Product And Equipment Offer

Tchibo Coffee Service reserve the right to alter the product and equipment offer from time to time.
 
III. Delivery

All deliveries are Free Of Charge unless otherwise agreed with the customer prior to the goods being despatched.
 
IV. Product Sales

Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until settlement for the product has been made in full.
 
V. Health And Safety

Tchibo comply with all rules, regulations and standards issued under current Health and Safety Regulations.
